[100924] Hobbes doll No.3 is now traveling

This is the 3rd Hobbes doll and he should be flying right now. I hope he is having a safe flight:)


I have one more request to crochet a Hobbes doll and it needs to be done by next Tuesday... It is not an easy job, but for the people who love my Hobbes dolls, I feel like I can make it, and I sure WILL make it:D

    Whoever sells these and buys them are a disgrace to bill watterson im sure he would appreciate all of your love for his comic character hobbes but this reproduction of wattersons original artistry and sale for your own personal gain is shameful its fine to make these but instead of selling them you should consider giving them to children who arent fortunate enough to recieve christmas presents or whos parents cant afford presents and as much as i love this and would very much enjoy having one of these i refuse to buy one because as an artist myself i would hate to have my work reproduced and sold by someone else so out respect for wattersons artistry i am boycotting your product and would urge anyone who agrees to do the same

      I hear you, and that's what my husband and I have talked about so many times. Since I get requests from the people who love the comic and also love what I crochet, we purely want them to be happy, and that's what drives me to make and sell these dolls. I don't make money, each one takes me about 70+ hours to crochet by hand.
      All may sound excuses to you, and I understand.
